Q: Where are you located?
A: Our offices and units are located directly off the Bristol Motor Mile in Johnson City, Tennessee, at 3901 Bristol Highway.
Q: What is required to rent a unit?
A: We require the first month's rent, a valid ID and you must be 18 or over.
Q: How long is the rental agreement?
A: Rental agreements are month-to-month and automatically renew on the 1st day of each calendar month
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Cash, check or credit card is accepted at our location.
Q: How secure are my stored items?
A: All units are located inside a Fenced Area with an Access Gate along with Surveillance Cameras monitoring them 24/7. Our storage units are only accessible by those that are listed on the rental agreement.
Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due the 5th of each month and is considered late by the 15th and a late fee imposed after close of business on the 5th of each month.
Q: Can I use my own lock?
A: We actually recommend that you provide your own lock. It is our suggestion that you use a high quality, name brand lock as well as keeping a spare key to it in a secure location. We can provide locks; however, an additional fee may occur. Ask our office for details.
